If you already have your contacts saved elsewhere on your home or work computer, it is possible to import them into your WinWeb account.
To import:
1. Your data must be in the .CSV (comma-separated values) format in order to be recognised by our system. The majority of email and contacts software will allow you to export in this format.
2. We have provided two master files for download so you may check if your CSV import will work. Any data in your file that does not have a recognised column header will not be imported.

3. To upload the .CSV file into WinWeb, log in to your account and click on the Cloud CRM tab at the top.

4. On the right-hand side of Cloud CRM under 'Options' you will see a link to 'Import Contacts'. Click this to open the import window.

5. Select whether the contacts you are importing are either Companies or Individuals by using the 'Import Type' dropdown box.

6. You can set whether these contacts are private or viewable by your entire company, plus you can set the type of contact they are (customer, supplier, prospect etc.) by using the dropdown boxes in the 'Default Settings' section.
7. When you are ready to upload, click the 'Browse' button to find the .CSV file on your computer. To finish, press the 'Upload' button.
You can also undo previous contact uploads from here by clicking the 'Rollback' button.
