Skype users can now make calls to their customers, suppliers or contacts directly from within our software. To start a call:
1. Login to your WinWeb account and go to the Cloud CRM application.

2. From here, you can easily see which contacts you have added Skype details for. These will appear with the Skype logo in the usual blue instead of greyed out.

3. Click the Skype logo and you will be asked to confirm that you wish to launch the Skype application. Click 'OK' to confirm and Skype will launch and begin to dial your contact.

If you ever wish to add or edit Skype details for a contact in Cloud CRM, click on their name in blue and then 'Edit Details' of the social media section.
