It is very easy for a user of WinWeb software to start invoicing their customers within minutes.

To begin:

1. Login to your WinWeb account as usual and visit the Invoicing module. This can be done either via the Invoicing icon at the top of the console or by clicking the START button and selecting it from the dropdown menu.

2. Use the START button again and select any of the options from the menu, then click the START button for a third time to select the 'Create Invoice' option.

3. Now you will see the Invoice template. You can automatically populate the address section for any customer already on your system by selecting them from the 'Customer' dropdown box.

Checking the 'Delivery Address Same as Main Address' box will also fill in the 'Delivery Address' section.

If the person you are invoicing is not yet on your system, use the 'Customer' dropdown box and select the 'Add New Customer' option from the top.

4. The invoice number is automatically generated and will simply add one integer to the previous invoice. You can change this by typing a different number into the 'Invoice Number' box.

You can also edit the Cost Centre, Invoice Date, Terms and Currency via the corresponding dropdown boxes.

5. The next step is to add the product or service that you are invoicing the customer for. Use the Product / Service dropdown box to either select a pre-existing product or click 'Add New Product / Service' to add something new to the system.

Entering the price and the quantity will automatically calculate the VAT for you.

6. You can also include invoice details and notes (either private or to appear on the actual invoice) and choose whether or not to include your bank details by ticking the relevant box.

Once you have finished, it is possible to either print the invoice, download it as a PDF or email it to your customers by clicking the buttons at the bottom.

Don't forget to click 'Confirm & Post Invoice' once you finish in order to update your CRM and financial records.

Getting paid is essential for any small business. Keeping track of what has and has not been paid can almost be a full-time job in itself.

WinWeb makes it simple to keep a record of the payments you receive when invoicing customers using our software. To do this:

1. Login to your account as usual and visit the Invoicing section, either by clicking the icon at the top of the console or selecting it through the START button.

2. In the Invoicing module, use the START button to select the 'Customers' option and this will open your Customer List.

3. Here you can choose the customer you are receiving payment from and hover over the 'Action' icon to select 'Receive Payment' from the dropdown box.

4. In the new window, select the invoice that has been paid by entering the correct amount into the 'Payment' column. You can also enter the 'Payment Method' and 'Payment Details'.

When you have finished, click the 'Save Payment' button and because of WinWeb software integration it will automatically be stored in your Accounting or Bookkeeping module and the customer records will also be updated in Cloud CRM.

In addition to their main company website, each WinWeb Online Office user can have a personal vCard website that serves as their online business card. Like all of our software, the vCard application is also available as a standalone product or as an add-on to any other application.

To create your own vCard website:

You can see whether or not each individual vCard website is currently online by looking at the status in the 'Live' column. It is also possible to see the URL of these websites and the email address of each employee. By clicking the column header you are able to sort any of these columns alphabetically or remove them altogether.

3. Click the START button and select 'Add Employee' from the dropdown box. From the window that opens you will be able to add all the information about that employee.

WinWeb Invoicing Software is a powerful, easy-to-use web-based tool for small business invoicing.

Every time that you login into the WinWeb Invoicing application you will see a large graph. This graph is a visual representation of your invoicing history, based on the data that has already been entered into your account. The green bar represents how much you have billed and yellow is how much you were paid in each month.

To begin using the Invoicing module, hover your mouse over the green Start button and click on 'Customers' from the dropdown box.

Here you will see another graph in the window that opens. The blue line represents monthly turnover and the green bars are the amount that you billed during that month. You can switch either of these on or off by clicking on the legend at the top.

Below is a list of the customers that you have previously invoiced, along with various information about them. You can instantly see their balance, credit limit and turnover in the year-to-date.

You can filter this information if you can't immediately find what you are looking for. Use the search bar and key in the name of the person or company you want.

Hover your mouse over the green Start button in this window to see a list of all the invoicing actions that you can take such as creating an invoice, delivery note or quote. You can also perform the majority of these tasks by clicking on the green Action cog next to any specific customer.
